Not just online – Consistent
One of the greatest difficulties in Local Government is providing standardised services. With a lack of standardisation in the form of guidance from Central Government as well as a huge number of different departments and services, Local Government inevitably has a lack of consistency. So it provides some services online, some in PDF format and some using traditional channels.
But what if you could take a different approach? IEG4 has created 100 online services in its online forms framework that cater for the top 100 online services that citizens interact with in local government. This means citizens can access all of these services online in the same consistent manner. What’s more citizens can search for and track the progress of any of these online too.
My team of developers have built eDesigner so that you don’t need to learn code and so you can get online services up and running quickly Andrew Cope - Development Director - IEG4
Finally, OneVu comes with eDesigner, which allows you to build your own forms without the need to code. So business experts not IT can build new forms that are accessible and trackable in OneVu too.
